Unity is Allies original blend. Back in 2007, award winning barista Hans Pronk wanted to create a blend that both white and black coffee drinkers would appreciate. It had to express the clean acidity and full bodied chocolate notes that everybody knows and loves. Along with a roast profile that allowed a beautiful pairing with milk, accentuating the chocolates while still remaining balanced. We wanted delicious, sweet fruity undertones carried through whether enjoyed white or black.

 

It was a tall ask, but there is a reason why Unity Blend has been here since the beginning. The perfect gift for coffee lovers because whatever the brew method, we know you will enjoy this coffee!
